I have been wondering what all this Points things is.
I have seen peoplesaying they are 12 points Chef/architect etc, but what is the points all about?

When people say "12 point Chef" or "12 point Architect" they are refering to the number of experiment points they have to use during experimentation. Normally a master crafter has 10 experiment points since you get 1 experiment point for every 10 skill points and at master you get 100 experiment skill points. But with skill tapes and apron modifiers you can get up to an additional 25 points for a total of 125 maximum. That will give you 12 points during experimentation.
