Am I doing something wrong, because I do not see the medium Naboo house in my crafting tool. I see Tat and Corellia, however. Do I need to do something differently?

Yea im also having this problem i was just coming to post this same exact problem its strange becuase I remember seeing the Med. Naboo House last or at least I think I did. It's seems strange to me.

You have to be next to a crafting station.

You have to be at a PRIVATE crafting station for some of the upper level items.. Public ones dont work for some of it..

I am a few months into this game and someone asked me to build a Medium Naboo House Im almost done but not sure what to charge, does anyone have any suggestions?

I don't know about your server, but mediums seem to go for between 50 and 75k on Bloodfin.

Specific prices that you choose are going to be very server dependent.

The easiest way to check prices on stuff is to look in the galaxy wide vendor search on your server:

Go to a public bazaar terminal in any NPC city. Click the 'Vendor Location' button at the top. Select the category you want and then filter down to a sub category and or actual item type if desired / possible. You can enter a keyword in the name filter or a price range in the price filters to narrow it down as well. Then expand to either This Planet or Entire Galaxy level (This Regon doesn't seem to do anything) For example: select Resources -> Inorganic Mineral then type "ore" in the name filter and set a min price of 10k and max price of 200k will filter for bulk grind ore.
