hello,
i was wondering, if the manufacturing time of an item depends on the factorys quality...
coz today i turned on my factorys to produce wall modules...each factory 41 items...now the one fac needs 120 sec per item....the other 136 ....
so it is possible to influence the manufacturing time by good ressources and experimentation i suppose ?!

nope. time is dependent on complexity of the crafted item/schematic.

Nope - there is nothing you can do during the *crafting* of factories that impacts their speed, storage, cost, or anything else. A factory is a factory is a factory.
When you put a schematic into a factory, it calculates the time per item as "8 seconds times the complexity of the item". Each item has a base level complexity but the more experimentation you do in making that item the higher the complexity goes.

Experimeting increses complexity, which increases the time to make 1 item in a factory.

okay...got it...
as a matter of fact i was really experimentating on one of those wall schematics, which is the 136er then...![]()

walls are walls are walls...don't bother wasting your time experimenting on them.
