ok, i looked down the first page and didnt see a thread title that seemed to address this, so i thought id ask.
at which points during the crafting of everything does quality matter? on which subcomponents? and which stats matter?
the last one i know i could look up myself, but im at a friend's house with my laptop and cant really check.

between the stickies and going a little further than page 1, youll find what you need for crafting harvies. But just in case, Ill give you some low down on it.
yes subcomponents do matter. the ore harvester mechanisms are what drives the whole thing. you want those to be as good as you can make them. you also wanna max out the efficency row before you start on the hopper size when you are making the final product. UT makes all the difference in your resources. my rule of thumb? if it says something about being a mechanism, then you want it to be the highest you can get it.
