Thread: New Architect Question

I am new to the profession, and have a quick question. I placed an equipment factory, but it does not allow me to insert a schematic. Am I doing something wrong?

Architects typically use a structure factory. So if you are trying to make anything out of the architecture schematics you are using the wrong factory. Equipment factories are used for weapons, camps.... Personal harvestors may go in an equipment factory since they are from the artisan line, but I am not sure.
