Architect Archive

I've been out of game for a couple months, so I need some advice. I see now that only those architect capable of producing the best products are going to be able to stay afloat, so I got some nice tools, but now I need a station. A station doesn't use too many parts, it takes conductivity, can't be all that expensive, right? Well so far I'm dead wrong. I guess not many people are producing 42-50 stations, as I've been quoted 100k for one.

Can anyone help me out with the going rate on these? Is this normal?
