It is very important, I think, that the devs put online what the floorplans of all the styles and various floorplans of houses are. I have customers coming up to me and saying "I want the three-roomed small Corellian house", and all I can say is "Which style/floorplan is that?" They're not architects! They won't know. Now I might have to build 3 houses before I can actually build the one they want.
