Im collecting materials for a pa hall atm, that a friend is going going to put together. My question is, Has anyone used high quality materials to build an entire house/pa? If so did this change anything at all? such as lowered maintainence/ different layout or something? and if it didnt why not?

Architect experimentation is currently broken, so high end ressources have no effect on the final product. This may change if they fix it, but I doubt that it will be retroactive (meaning buildings already in place will not benefit from the fix).

This has been an ongoing issue for some time now.

Sorry for the bad news

Based on the time it took to fix the Flora Harvester schematic, I would not wait. Most PA's need to build now so that they can be ready when player cities go into effect.

I would continue, gather higher quality (Overall Quality) resources if you can. I'm not 100% sure but in all my building it seems that I critically fail less. You definitely want less failures on a PA Hall if possible, mainly to conserve the resources.

I'm not sure what a "veers" is exactly but I hope you find your friend/dev.
