I have bought some free-standing lamps from a friend. Can they be turned on? And if so, How?

The only light that can be produced in this high-tech world is that from a burning torch. Sucks, don't it?

You can have pretend light from these free standing lights by placing them under a light source in your house.

They will kind of reflect existing light and give an illusion of being light.

Somehow you can fly by shuttle from planet to planet but you cannot have electricity to use a lamp - makes sense doesn't it?

Hey DEVS the torches are a fire hazzard - and we do not have fireman in SWG !!!!

I just use my lighting creatively. Make torches and give them names like:

Small Electrical Fire

Brush Fire

etc...

clip them into things likecrafting stations and trees.

I can get a cool effect with the free standing lamps... Drop a freestanding lamp, a torch and a neoiduim bird cage (spelling?)in the same spot for a real neat looking lamp.

gah, i don't even have room in my house for a birdcage, much less be able to do neat tricks with the furniture!
