Harvestors.

Would it be so fracking hard to :

A.) show power and maint values and be allowed to add both on the 'use structure' screen? Why in gods name cant I see how much maint I have paid on the main screen?

B.) Change examine to number 2 option and use to number 1? that way we could double click aharv to use it? Do we REALLY need to examine a harvestor to tell its a heavy? thats all examine does.

C.) Can we PALEASE get an "move hopper to inventory" command line? like /addP for power but to take everything out of the hopper and put it in inv?!

D.) Easy one... Can we please have an explanation as to what the other harvestor command lines do, other then addP and paymaint? I know theres one for selecting resources etc. How is it implemented?

E.) Can harvs please have a limited ground flattening ability to where they are layed? IT DIGS THROUGH THE GROUND! Why can't it flatten it just a tad?! Diamond mines are built intothe side of mountians, but we can lay a harvestor becuase there is a dry creekbed 30 yards to the right?! C'mon!

Yeah i know I have little hope of ever seeing any of these things but I want to be the squeaky wheel here. Maybe we'll get some grease

Some good ideas there.

I like A and B particularly.

I think one reason for not having something like C is that they want to prevent accidental deletion of harvesters. But I think they could still pop up with a "are you sure you want to do that" prompt and still make us give that 6 digit number to confirm.

I wonder what it would be like if we had to build different harvesters for different terrain types.

C has nothnig to do with harvestor deletion. I just want a command I can put in a hot button to empty my hopper into my personal inventory. Liek rather then target harvestor, click use structure, select hopper, double click resource, select amount, close hopper, close harv window I want to be able to click a personal hotbutton that is bound to /transferHopperToInventory or something. This would take all resources from the harvs hopper and put it in my inventory. Destroying the harv would never come into play.

AND ANOTHER THING!

Why the hell cant resources of the same type autostack when put in to your inv from a harv hopper!? In the new future of harvestors you will click a button with the harv targetted and it will empty the hravs hopper to your inventory and it WILL stack the resources!

I'd even settle for having a button on the hopper menu that emptied the hopper into my inventory.

As it is, we've got one that deletes a single resource and one that deletes all resources.

What's the point?

Yeah it is counter-intuitive for the empty function on the harvester to destroy the hopper contents rather than empty the harvester into your inventory.
