Ok and one is the ballot box, so what i'am gettingat is that I've been told there are many more to be made

But I only see three, can the others be made? or are they part of mission rewards or faction rewards

It's just people are asking me to make these and I don't know how

There are 4 terminal variations that are Imperial faction perks.

The same artwork was used to make the veteran reward terminals.

There's also a loot schematic that's called "data terminal" and it looks like some sort of floor standing radar screen. I've seen a total of 3 of them. Ever.
