Hehe, that'd be funny. SYSTEM MESSAGE: You have not paid your maintenance for too long, your house is currently burning down.
Seriously though...will the doors lock?...will I not be able to get in?

Well in Ultima when you didnt pay, your house vanished with all your belongings in it after a while. As some UO developers were hired in SWG team, i guess this should be the same

I had a house at 75% and nothing happened, there wasn't any type of problem so I think that you can have the house till 1% if you want... but the repair cost is much higher than the maintenance

If it's anything like harvesters, it will just ... "fall down" and disappear. I think I actually witnessed one do just that last night on Chilastra...but that might just be the server...

I was wondering what exactly does maintenance do for houses. I know about the penalties that other structures receive to hoppers, power output and the like. As for houses though, what happens if you don't pay the maintenance? Thanks.

Give it no moneys, let it stew for a couple days, watch it burn down.
