Is it worth the xp to become a novice archetect? also, how much money do small medium, amn large houses sell for?

Small houses (at least on Kauri, Corellia) sell for 3k or so. Its only worth it if you think it will be fun.

if i decided to unlearn architect, would i get my general crafting exp back?

No, you never get XP back from unlearning a skill.


Housing prices vary a lot from server to server and between planets.


It's "worth" becoming an architect if you want to build stuff and sell it. It's not "worth" it to get novice and try to build small houses for a profit. Eventually everyone will have a small house (who wants one at least) and you'll have to move up to bigger things. Small house prices are already pretty low and I rarely sell them anymore because the cost to run harvesters for the materials is too high. I need to sell higher-profit items like factories.
