Question : Do i lose all items in my house if i fail to pay maintenance ??? Pls tell me, im gonna rush home, log on, and put some cash in there to ease my mind !

Mastered all basics. Didn't open.

You only lose items if you fail to pay maintenance and the condition goes down to 0%. Then you house goes "poof" along with anything you left inside. But it takes many days for your maintenance to run down to 0%. Hopefully you didn't leave it that long!
