Droid Storage compartments for Personal Crafting Stations!

How do I make them?

Where do I get them?

I am an Architect, but have never made the crafting stations. I don't see the Droid Storage Unit in my Data Schematics. Help! They are listed as "Optional"...Are they necessary? Do you see a difference with/without them?

As the name implies, the Droid Storage Compartments can be made by any Novice Droid Engineer. I believe they take the same kinds of resources as the Architect's small structure storage compartments.

But as it turns out, the Droid Storage Compartments aren't needed at this time. The optional components are SUPPOSED to give you access to an input hopper for your crafting station. This actually worked for a brief time in Beta, but doesn't appear to be working at this time.

So unless you can get a good deal from a Droid Engineer, as well as get the other two optional components (Micro Sensor Suites and Control Units, which only Master Artisans can make), I wouldn't bother with these components until you hear the Devs havefixed the input hopper bug.
