10,000 here, thinking of raising to about 11,500. Just wondering what everyone else is selling for.

quite simply put i dont sell them or make them any more,

i stared out trying to sell them for 12k no takers

i found i could sell them for 9k but then after a day i did a rethink about the minerals involved and the work to run around the miners and so on i usually take a couple of missions on my way to them which pay for their upkeep so i have no cash outlay for them.

It occurred to me that this urge i had to sell them was irrational and stopped selling them at all

now i just do a couple of missions, collect my minerals, craft structural supporrt modules which when i have 10 i put together in a wall module to save space and pop them in the bag.

I would recommend this to all upcoming architechts

15K and sold plenty.

I tried 15k and pretty much got laughed at. I sold for 9.5k to a friend of a friend and will probably try 10-12k for the next one I don't just give to friends.

I like the suggestion regarding the walls.

I did a coupleat 12.5k. That seems to work ok and most people find it fair.

I've sold 3 at 15k..

Made a deal with the last group.. Sold them 4 at 50,000

After having a critical Failure on the VERY LAST STEP, decided that 12,500 is the lowest I couls sell and still recover from a critical failure.

great job to all who sold houses

any upcoming architecht I would think twice about selling for less than 15,000 not becuase I am worried about competition since I don't sell houses. The number of houses its possible to sell will be somewhat limited (not completely) but somewhat.

You sell a small houses to someone tomorrow for 9k or so next week he/she wants to upgrade his house to a medium house he/she redeeds the house and sells it to someone else who is looking for a house and so on

but if you are selling them for 3k, 5k or whatever, just have fun don't stress about it all =)
