Can someone tell me the average cost it takes to build the PA hall and start a PA?

It's impossible to say what the average cost of a PA Hall is.

It all depends on how many Master Architects are on your server, the availability of resources, and the needs of the Architects and/or PAs that are making Guild Halls.

I've heard of prices as low as 200K and as high as 700K. I suppose somewhere in between is a rough average. Personally, our PA paid 375K Credits and 175K Copper for our PA Hall just a week after the game started.

Obviously, as more people reach Master Architect, the price will probably drop. And you can always haggle with the Architects, like our PA did, to get a lower price.

Like he said supply and demand. From previuos posts it appeared folks were charging 350-600k for PA Halls. The first MA came on-line on Intrepid and I emailed him for cost. He said 1,000,000 is no resources provided 500,000 if you provide all the resources. Obviously those who can afford it and are impatient will pay. The rest of us have to wait and hope for something more reasonable. I know interpid now has at least 2 MAs, soon to be 3 I think so hopefully competition will kick in and we can get a PA hall.

Someone said in another thread that it is about 60K resources for one. I haven't looked at the scematic, but I would estimate them being at 300k range or so on some of the heavier servers.

It's just a touch over 55k in resources, plus master artisan factory created components and requiring a structure factory. Not the cheapest or easiest building to create...

I was quoted a price of 230k - 260k for a PA Hall on Eclipse.

What I'm also concerened with, and can't get a strait answer on. Is how much is the upkeep costs?
