I have been asked this question several times and Ireally don't know.Is there some sort ofprocess that must becarried outbefore someone can lay one of these down?

We just set up our first PA hall and did not have a PA set up yet. We created it after the PA hall was built.

Actually the maintenance rate on our PA hallis 50, so I believe that makes it 1200c per 24 hours period, correct?

I believe the maintenance costs may depend on the Owner's skill levelon the Merchant tree. Would I be correct about that?

I am not sure about that. I do have Merchant skills, but I am not the owner of the structure - only listed as a structure admin. The owner does not have any Merchant skills.

I am also listed as a member of the PA.Does anyone know if any of these things make a difference?

I pay 75k per month for my PA hall, I have no merchant skills, so you do the math =P

Maintenace rates are on the half-hour, power rates are on the hour. So if the maintenance rate on the hall is 50cr, the per day rate is 50 x 2 x 24 = 2400cr.

To answer your original question, YES!

In fact, Burgundy is over at the PA Hall we just setup on Tatooine helping me decorate it. We're setting it up to replace the large Tatooine house that was there before.

Originally I just wanted the bigger space to hold more ppl, so more pll can come inside and rest/log. That's all. I did a lot of research and found that you CAN use a PA Hall and not have a PA.

However, me and the other ppl helping with this venture ended up creatinga PA anyway for giggles and grins.

But to answer your original question, yes you can lay one of these down and not havea PA.
