when I try to redeed my harvesters they say that I must empty the hopper first. the problem is thet the hoppers are empty.. anyone have this same problem.. and find a way around it???? please help

Not sure but try this change resources start harvester up then when 1 unit is showing stop harvester dump or claim the 1 unit. Then try to reclaim the deed.
