Can someone explain to me the state of the harvesters in TC?

What's going to happen. I heard it won't reach the live servers but I also heard there will still be experimentation available.

My question is what isgoing to be thehopper size of the old harvesters?

What will be the min/max hopper size of the new experimented harvesters?

Should I wait to buy a heavy harvester till the patch goes in or can I buy harvesters now?
