New to Architect here, going up the furniture line first for the structure assembly bonuses and some orders for decorating. Now I have heard housing prices discussed on this forum and know that most stuff is sold too cheaply. Well, I have no desire to undercut anyone, with furniture I see it as plenty of business to go around so no need. What is good pricing for furniture. I'm selling to a buddy of mine right now so it's a little less than 3 cpu, I need the xp anyway so what they hell. But is 3 cpu too cheap for the average decorator? 4 cpu? 5 cpu? Any help would be great, and thanks in advance for anyone who does post.

Welp, once you decide your cost, add in what you think your time is worth to you.

I sell furniture anywhere from 5-15 cpu depending on materials needed and level of furniture. I'm constantly restocking so if you are serious about furniture I'd suggest that 3cpu is too low.

Sell it for what YOU want. I'm tired of these message boards trying to tell me what they think is the "right" price at which to sell an item. If you want to sell it higher than most, then sell it higher than most. If you are comfortable with lower prices, go for it.
