Guild members must set their allegiance to the leader, but guess what...

The guild leader and structure owner are seperate things.

My guild has successfully used the /transferStructure <name> (when the owner and new target player are right at the structure terminal) to change the owner of the PA hall. This will not make the new owner the 'leader'.

I've heard that if a majority of the guild members 'set allegiance' to a new player, then the new player becomes the new leader. Above someone says it's bugged but I've read about groups doing it successfully... haven't tried it personally.
