How do these differ. I know the structure assembly mod improves the odds of making the thing without critical, or making better product pre-experiment, but what the heck is the difference between structure complexity mod and structure experiment mod?

As far as I know complexity does nothing ,assembly reduces the chance of crit failures and experimatation eventually increases you total experimate points

Complexity, according to the skill mod I have on my belt, is the rating tha the architect is "allowed" to create. It's my opinion (not fact, heh) that this is a useless stat, but that it would have been akin to maybe, Medicine Use. That is, you could only create a structure with a "complexity rating" of 14 when you climbed enough of the architect trees, in the same way that you can only use a small stimpack-C when you have medicine use = 30.
