I am working architect with my alt as he is also a merchant and figured archtiect sounded like a fun crafting profession. Anyways I have read all the posts on the main pages and have what may sound like a silly question or two.

1. Does quality of resources matter in furniture or buildings? I know it matters when making harvesters and stations, but can I use low quality resources for furniture and houses??

2. I know I read it but want to confirm because I am used to the med crafting: Does similar walls really just mean any walls? Doesnt have to be identical from a factory crate? Because that is the biggest pain in med crafting is all components in a med need to have identical serial numbers. If it is true the numbers dont have to match for archtiecture I will be bery happy.

Thanks for letting a new architect chime in and ask a few questions!

Welcome to our world. 1st furniture and buldings can be built out of any quality resources you want. The quality doesnt matter one bit. 2nd Similar means just that. Not identical, which means from a factory crate, just similar.

So, be happy while you can and have fun. If you have any more questions we're always here.
