That is a WONDERFUL idea! As far as "what it looks like", if the interested buyer is not in a hurry....the architect can have a web site with screenshots uploaded of what his/her creation looks like. Use a number for each screenshot and the buyer can place their order.

Sorry about the other, Ok.
I will start out with, I AM NOT AN ARCHITECT, I just came up with this idea on my own accord and if it has been thought of and discussed before, I apologize
OVERALL IDEA SYNOPSIS:
oK in my idea I propose a 'Structure Maker' for the Master Architect, be it a loot drop or automatic ability gained. In this 'Structure Maker' it will allow a master architect to create deeds of models that they create from a 'pallette' of architect components that, being a master, will know.
For Example : An architect wants to create a Garden, In his pallette he has the different kinds of trees he can make, different statues etc. He places 4 trees in a square perimeter, and one regal statue in the middle. Each peice is required in the 'schematic' the Master Architect is designing. Once he has finished designing, the 'Structure Maker' will pop out a schematic requiring a regal statue, and 4 of the plants he used, Once he makes this schematic, he will then be able to create a deed for it.
REASONS WHY I THINK THIS SHOULD BE CONSIDERED:
1. I beleive that a master architect is very limited, it will become continually more and more boring for them to craft the same things, this way they will be able to craft something unique and special to that particular Architect.
2. Add's some flave to your surroundings so its not so, shall we say, generic.
3. Once it is created and implemented, It will stop the devs from having to pop out new ideas for gardens and structures, and allow Master Architects to be sought out for Designing needs.
These are simply my ideas on ways to improve your valuable profession. I thank you all for your time and input, and your service to our communities in providing housing for us all.

that would be great but when you show someone in a trade for a deed it only shows a yellow box so the person buying it will be like i do not know what it looks like forget it. but having custom and unique things is cool.

I love this idea..and another thought..Why can't House deeds look like LITTLE houses, etc? I've actually gotten requests for Dollhouses before...and if Vehicle deeds were little vehicles, could do models of cities, just for kicks, or to plan a layout. I'm sure this would have to go on a wait list for the Architect theme publish, but I'd be willing to wait.
Antoher thought...Coloring structures? I'd like to see a whitewashed 'adobe' house on tatooine, similar to the SW Usa, or Naboo houses in Blue, or Green. Or a Generic in dark olive green, for the military type guilds making a forward outpost type city.
Perhaps even patterns, for masters. Camo, again, for the military..or a brick like pattern for the tatooine, or pastel designs, like the native american adobe huts...
Just alot of little ideas, that could be really neat with this idea of customized houses, parks, etc.
I did hear an Artisan wanting a garage like house structure, a player could place, that might even act as a personal garage that went along this line..he said it would be cool to pop a droid chassis into the building, with a General crafting module, or a new Vehicle crafting module...it could allow you to craft items. I liked this idea alot myself..built in functionality to workshop type buildings. You pick one module, and then a building type, from the new workshop schematics, and make a building similar to a Med center, or cantina, for crafters.

The simple to do this, would be for the garden owner to consent the architect.
And then the Archy could change its looks after it was placed, the same way and ID changes the look on someone.

I love this idea. There are quite a few creative types out here that can work wonders with the items the dev's have given us.
One of the first things I'd do is make the seats in the gardens functional. 
But seriously, the idea of being able to select our own flowers, seating, fountains, lighting, etc. would so rock!

Excellent Idea. Keep this thread alive and let the devs know how badly we need the ability to design unique things to stay interested in crafting. That translates to HAPPY CUSTOMERS and MORE REVENUE WOOHOO.
