I'm happy for you but please don't do anything to get yourself arrested!
Stu, give me a tell in game if you've been having problems, I've been running all my harvs in factories since the BER 13 was available. If you're having problems getting them to run maybe I can help you troubleshoot.

Jaye - thanks for that but it's a problem I've been trying to troubleshoot (with some luck) for a couple of weeks now (it only appeared after Patch 5 I believe).
I have had the CSRs involved and they have been a great help in diagnosing the problem. From what we have come up with, it seems that where a factory is placed on or near a server line (and Draicco is placed right over one btw) and the area is heavily traffic'd, then items in the hoppers may not be calculated properly with the effect that some items in all hoppers can get randomly deleted - or more accurately - not drawn properly from the database (though a fellow resident actually had components added in their factory in a few instances than were added in
).
And it doesn't appear to be restricted to Structure factories as we have seen the same affect in all of the other types (but only those near the server line). We are in the process of moving factories out of this zone and since then the problem seems to have gone away. I say "seems" as I'm unsure whether fellow residents have "learnt to live with the bug" or have not done many factory runs of late. But moving the factory does seem to have done the trick.
I only ever factory make harvs now as the market for anything less than BER13 is non-existant with all the recent price cutting on Valcyn, so its worth it to loose one to schematic if you know you are going have 30 or 40 full spec ones (instead of 20 x 13's, 5 x 12's, 8 x 11's, etc).
