Right we all know that potential energy stat on power resources varies to provide increasing output with higher PE stat .Else were in this forum I read that wind energy (liquid I do believe) has a cap of 500PE however Ive recentally found some liquid energy with anPE of 937 while searching for radioactives to buy .Now ive never used solar power before so I though this must be solar if wind is capped at 500 .Anyway my questions are -

1- So at a PE of 937 this liquid power willbe as good as any otherpower resources with teh same PE or are the other start taken into consideration aswell (Eg OQ) ?

2- With a potential energy of close to 1000 the usage rate on this (I believe) should be nearly 2:1 ratio .Will this refect when I place it into the harvester (Eg I put 1 days worth and it shows 2) OR when I put it into the harvester will it register just the units of energy Ive inputted (EG I put 1 days worth but there is 2 days worth due to the PE) but the harvester will actaully run for two days .

Thanks in advance for any help you can give

What kind of power is it? Solar or wind?

I haven't seen either of those under 500 PE so I don't know if it will give you the same benefit like radioactive does or not. But if it works the same as radioactive then you'll have more power available in the add power menu than the amount of units in your inventory. So if you've got 1000 units of the 937 PE stuff in your inventory then it will register as 1874 units in the add power menu.

1. PE is PE regardless of type, be it wind, solaror radioactive

2. The amount you have will be the same in your inventory (if you have 100k units of PE900 it will say 100k units in inventory), but when you are adding power to harvs/factories it will show the amount with PE taken into consideration:

If you have 100k units of energy with PE=1000, it will show up as 200k energy when you open the "add power" dialogue on a harvester or factory.

One more thing: PE <= 500 equals 1 energy unit per unit: 100k power with PE of between 1and 500 is100k power when using "Add power" dialogue of a harvester or factory

Are you sure that this is a power Liquid Power item? Liquid Petrochemicals can show up under that category, with a PE of up to 1000, but can't be used as a power source. (Found this out early in my career!)

I have never seen wind or solar energy over 500 PE
