I hope this is the right forum for this.

I just bought my first hose. Now I need to off load all the stuff I have been lugging around for the past month. Qustion is, what do I need to buy to store items in my house?

You can just drop everything on the floor. 75 items per lot the house takes up, typically 150 items for small/medium, 250 items for a large. Yes a large takes 6 lots and 6x75 is 450, but all structures are limited to 250.

The only thing you can do to organize items is to use backpacks and bags. No furniture actually stores items at this time.

You can either drop items on the floor or put them in a travel pack and use the pack for storage. The only other alternatives for storage are hoppers in crafting stations or vendors.

We do not have any furniture items that can be used as storage. Chests and the like are purely decorative.
