I'm somewhat boggled by stupidity levels I think...two posts above TH's one response was a request 'we need a way that players can choose whether they need the new lights', and then right after is a post about ctrl-L (your personal light folks...) making candles invalid, and TH's immediate response is 'Well, players always have that option '...so, he just pointed out, you ENTIRELY DO have the option of not using candles...your storehouses that are brimming with garbage you should probably destroy DON'T NEED THE LIGHTING no matter how dark it is...you just hit ctrl-L when you walk in...for goodness sake, here, can we get a clue? Gah.

Lighting will be useful for public structures, it'll be for people who have shops, people who have cantinas, etc...if you have a storage house, just turn on your personal light and you'll see things a lot more clearly than you do even now. So...on to real constructive problems with it...
