I'm sure this has been discussed here before.. but after I set up my factories yesterday, I started earning experience in "Industrialist".

Any ideas on what this is for? Thoughts on what it could be used for in the future?

lol that was ironic, I was just comeing to this thread to make the same post. I wanted to know what industrial XP does. i've been running a factory for the last week + and have gotton about 5k industrial XP. For what, I do now know. I thought this might simply be just a way to measure how much you use your factory since, no other profesion has this. Or when you get so much XP your factory production rate, increases.

All speculation mind you, but I wish it were good for something, otherwise it just clutters my XP. Just out of curiosity what does it do. Anyone know?

That's XP for the Industrialist profession. If they hadn't taken that profession out in beta, you could use that XP. As it stands, you can just enjoy looking at it.

Yeah miner and industrialist were both yanked late in beta. The devs have intentions to bring the two professions back though.

What were the abilities of both moner and industrialist ? Anything cool ?

Intriguing. I've heard some about the 'Miner' profession from Beta, but not 'Industrialist'. Any information available on that?
