I play on Naritus and was wondering what the going rate was for medium homes, especially on Tatooine. So far I have heard 80k-85k.

hm makes me want to increase my price, I've been quoting people 65k.

I'd prefer to get at -least- get 3.5 to 4 credits per unit of resource for my expenses, time and skills.. which would bring the price of a medium house (not including the generic medium, which require an additional wall) to 72k - 82k each. I'm lucky if I can sell it for 70k. One guy told me he was not willing to pay more than 25k for his. I told him I wished him the best!

And to touch on the medium generic houses (the deed you can access in Building 3), they are also only one-story.Six walls, one-story, look like poop.

I am sucessfully selling them for 85k... if people think this is too much, I wish them luck. A lot of people are willign to pay that especially if youhave the resources and can do the deal quickly.

What servers is everyone on here.. Zyphix, I know you're on Naritus. Just trying to get a feel here...
