I really, really love my Medium Tatooine house. It's got atmosphere, an interesting design, and an awesome outdoor balcony/patio. I was a little disappointed to see that I could not put any tables/chairs out there.

Do you all think there is any possibility that they might make this an option in the future?

That's a catch-22, really.

If you could put furniture on your balcony, you couldn't sample on it. So I'm not sure whether they'll leave it "outside" or "inside"

Just be happy you have a balcony. I just checked out a naboo house. My gosh what a difference compared to the corellian house. The medium corellian is in essence a closet compared to this thing.

God yes, the Naboo houses are much nicer. But if you live in Corellia like me, spending 1600 a day for travel doesn't make much sense.

It just seems a shame to have to keep this huge terrace empty. I don't see surveying as a really strong reason to do so. It's more than likely nice for artisians but come on, its a house on a second story, your about 20 feet from the ground :=)

Definitely have to agree--you should be able to put furniture on balconies; indeed, anywhere on your "plot". Sorry to the surveyors, but houses are sold to many other players than those who survey, and it would be nice to be able to make use of all the space, especially having a nice set-up on a balcony with a gorgeous view (and it really doesn't make sense to be able to survey on a balcony, in any event).

Also, please fix chests/armoires/toolchests so that you can store items in them. Shouldn't be too much of a deal, as we can already drop unlocked containers, satchels and cargo pockets to do the same thing, but if the furniture worked as containers, as well, it would increase demand (and selling price) for them.

In any event, they REALLY need to fix the hopper for personal crafting stations!
