1) What are the maintenance costs associated with small, medium, and large homes?

2) Suppose I went on vacation (Real Life) for like 2 months. Will my house decay in game because I wasn't able to maintain it?

3) Does furniture decay? Is there a maintenance fee for those?

4) If I want to movemy house, I need to pick up everything inside it, correct? Is there fees associated with this?

1) Small is approximately 400 credits, Medium is 800 credits, and large is 1200 credits...per day.

2) Oh yes. Unless you pay the house up in advance, it will decay in a matter of days and disappear. And anything left in it will disappear as well. So the answer here is to redeed your house so you don't have to pay maintenance on it (see #4 below).

3) As far as I know, furniture does not decay. And there are definitely no maintenance fees on furniture.

4) Yes, you need to pickup everything inside the house, otherwise those items will be lost when you redeed. You house must be at 100% condition before you can redeed, then you have to pay approximately two times the daily maintenance to redeed (800 for small, 1600 for medium, and 3200 for large). Use the Status option to verify how much you have in the maintenance pool. You then have to click Destroy Structure twice within 30 seconds to redeed the structure.
