i can get 2 for 60k and i was wondering if anyone was willing to go 50-59k for one?

I don't understand the question. Are you saying you can buy 2 medium houses for 60k, and you want someone to buy one of them from you for 50-59k? Or are you saying you'd pay 50-59k for one, and are looking for a builder?
