I understand you can drop an item, move and item, rotate an item, etc.

Is there a need to lockdown an item?
Can someone other that the owner take an item?
Do items decay when dropped in a house?
Are there limits to the quantity of items stored in a house?

And finally, how do you place and manage vendors?

also for venders you need to go to your structure managment panel. from there you click on make vender where you pick the type you want and blaw blaw. then the vender gets placed in your inventory where you can drop anywhere =) then you init. vendor and he,she,or it is ready for work =)
