Everytime I have had aPrivate Crafting Station stop working it has been fixed by moving right in front of it. And the only time it occurs is when I attempt to use one that is close to another one, as if the usage fields were interfering with each other.

Jedi will be rare and difficult - No
Increased Dev communication - No
CU will balance combat - No
Most of the bugs from launch fixed - No
saintchuck will continue to pay - No

- I supported the CURB, the Devs and the attempt to make SWG a better game and have realized it didn't work so I'm quitting in less than 2 days and won't be tricked into coming back again. Trick me once, shame on you...

thanks...

I thought of that, as there are another 2 different ones in the same room...I just thought that if you weren't near a station, you couldn't use the structure-specific tool anyway. I guess that's not correct =)

I'll try again, although it seemed if I was any closer to it I'd be behind it! Or at least dating it...

You can only be in the sphere of influence of a single crafting station at one time and as far I've seen, it will always be the one you are closest to. That means if you are in range of a station and someone came and dropped one closer, you would no longer be considered in range of the first one.

Ok, we have a structure craft station in our PA Hall, which I've been using for a while now to move up the ladders. Last night I noticed that my structure tool wasn't allowing me to experiment after a while. I was switching between that tool and 2 generic ones to make components, when I noticed I wasn't even getting the option. I didn't think about it too much, until it came time for me to make a schematic for ident. wall units. WELL, needless to say, the evening came to a 'grinding' halt =P. I tried relogging twice, waiting, still nothing. I asked someone else in the guild, and they waltzed up and created one right away. What can be the cause of this bug? Is it the tool switching? And no, I wasn't using the generic to experiment.

Has anyone else experienced this? I didn't have time to run all the way to town to check it out there. No factory for me till I get this done. =(

thanks for any advice...
