I decided to save some time and run a batch of trees through my factory. BIG MISTAKE.

Now I have 20 trees and 20 or so large plants that are stuck in the output hopper. The radial menu does not even give me an option to pickup from the output hopper.

Anyone else with this problem? Solutions?

Try double-clicking the item. That usually takes the crate from the hopper and places it in my inventory.

I haven't heard of this problem before. But I imagine if you redeed the factory, the plants will be deleted. (Not a great solution, but...)

Double-clicking will not pick it up out of hopper either.

I guess this is just a warning to others to NOT make plants in a factory for now.

Did you try just opening your inventory and dragging the items over from the hopper? I get the bug all the time where the "pickup" option isn't available but can still drag the items from one container to another.
