Yes, you can redeed a house.

First, make sure you're house maintenance is fully paid and the condition is at 100%. Check this by clicking Status at your house terminal.

Then click Destroy Structure ONCE. You'll see a message telling you how much extra credits need to be in the maintenance pool to redeed. For small houses it's 800 credits.

Make sure you put in the right amount of extra credits, and check Status again. Then you must click Destroy Structure within 30 seconds of clicking it the first time. Then the house will disappear and reappear as a deed in your inventory.

Note: Make sure you pick up all items in the house before redeeding, otherwise you will lose them all!

No.. Don't do it.

Have a friend help you out to move stuff and fill up your packsacks.

As far as I know he won't be able to do this at any level ... unfortunatly ... you'll have to work with getting new parts of your city "in order" by using the "Zoning Rights" which you do get at novice level.

are you sure zoning rights are novice? I'll have to double check when I get back to TC, but I was pretty sure it was a level1 skill.
