An up and coming architect on Dantooine (Tempest), I really want to learn the secrets of making manufacturing stations at the +40 level. Can anyone provide any information on this? Seriously willing to pay in game if you're on Tempest.

Last night, Taconator told me that the materials no longer exist for this but I see plenty owned by people.

Anyone (please kind audience!) want to step up to the plate and help aspiring apprentices?

Ok...the basics:

You have to use all the optional components to make the 40+ station. The droid compartments have to be made by someone with Novice Droid Engineer trained, and they need to be very high quality. It's possible with current materials to make them (experimented) at 98% so either do it yourself if you can train the skill, or buy them from someone you can trust. Steel with OQ of 985 or bettercan get you the 98%.

The rest of the components:

For the control unit, GP module, Energy Distributor, you need to have them experimented to as close to 100% as possible. Anything less than 95% and I dont think you'll get a 40+. Those are based on OQ, so you need materials with an OQ rating as high as you can get.

The microsensor suite is based on OQ and conductivity. Look for materials with those 2 characteristics as high as possible, with OQ being the most important....66% vs 33%.

Once you have all the materials, use very high conductivity copper and add the components. You need copper with the highest conductivity possible. There is copper out there that's at 996 (not currently extractable but it's for sale on some servers). Siane copper is pretty high, but not sure it would get you the 40+...still...pretty good stuff.

Last step....pray a lot just before every experimentation. If you're lucky you'll wind up with a 35+. If the gods are smiling on you then it will be 40+.
