Thread: Found a structure complexity +8 clothing enchantment. What does it do?

Well the title tells everything. I found a +8 structure complexity tape and wondered if it's of any use for architects. Anyone know?

It has no use as far as we know of. The structure complexity skill isn't implemented.

in all reality wouldnt you need 12 more points for it even to have an effect.....


but my own personal belief is that if you are master, aside from experimentation, all the other skill tapes are just worthless

I have started collecting these as long as I can pick them up at low enough prices, just in case they are one day worth something, probably a waste of money, but who knows, one day...

I paid 50k for one in the hope it may work. I hoped it reduced the complexity of the final schematic by this amount. (Therefore taking less time to run through a factory).

Can't say it does a great deal, but as has been said, maybe someday.

Yep, I've been buying them cheap too when I see them. If nothing else they add to my collection. Maybe someday they'll be worth something.

Here is what I thought each one did:


1. Structure experimentation, if you get 10 points 1 extra exp point, 20 points 2 extra exp points. Each point improves the chances of great and amazing successes. I'm a plus 16 right now and amazing and great success are much better.


2. Structure assembly, thought this reduced assembly time?


3. Structure complexity, only affect is wether you need a private or public crafting station?


I've been buying all 3 on the off chance each one has some affect on crit failures and what not. Since we don't lose resources on crit failures any more, not really worth the cash.

i have really come to the conclusion that the exp rolls are just really random...aside from the extra skill point i dont think they really increase the greats/amazings....

NO This is supposed to decrease the CFs on assembly....

NO....each item lists a complexity....there doesnt appear to be any ryhme or reason behind how some of the items have been caterogorized...but you dont always have to have a public or private based on the complexity rating. Theoretically, this should effect how well you can make the higher level items...but a lower level crater doesnt have the schematics so it wouldnt really help him.

i factory make everthing so CFs really arent a big deal anyway.
