Thread: Why I Hate Sean's Decorative Statue
Ok, this isn't a top five issue, but it's something that is bothering me, and I haven't seen it mentioned yet (my apologies if it has been and I just missed it). The Bestine election award from Sean is either a small carpet or a "Decorative Statue", apparently given at random. The issue I have is with the "Decorative Statue". This is the exact same statue that we can make as a variation of the Gungan Head called the "Strange Statue."
This annoys me for two reasons:
1) The game is now giving out as a free reward something that I could otherwise be selling. This seems to go against stated dev goals of never giving out as rewards something that makes a crafters item less desirable.
2) As an architect it's very disappointing to complete one of the few non-combat in-game quests only to be given something that I could have made myself in the first place.
Is anyone else annoyed by this, or is it only bothering me?
I agree with you - once they give the ability to craft an object to the players, the NPCs shouldn't be handing them out anymore.
