So far, I've only been using medium harvesters, because they are twice as effective as the personal harvesters. I was told the heavies are only half again as effective as the mediums(so, 4 to 8 to 12, instead of 4 to 8 to 16). Can someone please confirm this?

Heavies have a spec rate of 7, as opposed to 4 for mediums. However, they cost only half again as much, so they are actually more efficient in terms of cost to produce 1 unit of resource.

Thanks I'll have to start working on replacing my mediums.
