I think architects should be allowed to build turrents! It would make us alot more useful and we could actually make money instead of selling houses.

Now that sounds like fun. Maybe a self-destruct on houses? I actually don't know why there wasn't a type of combat engineer profession at release. An additional combat/crafting hybrid. Ranged combat support, Engineering 4, and perhaps exploration 4 as well. I would drop architect in a heart beat for a combat engineer. =)

There is a kind of combat engineer. It's the squad leader. They are suppose to be able to build turrets and such. Though only on battlefields. And it's anyones guess if this is actually working or not.
