I'm not sure if this is part of the patch or a MAJOR bug. The following happened to me twice last night for a total loss of 12K+ ore. I did nothing wrong or different.

I started up my structure crafting station and loaded everything for an equipment factory in it. I noticed that my generator turbine was still in the other crafting station and didn't automatically place it in my inventory, so I hit the X to close the window. Every time that I used to do this everything, resources and components would go back in inventory, this time NO. They were gone. Thats 3 walls, and manufacturing mechanism and all the other little things. They did not go into my inventory like they used to do. This time gone. So I logged to see if it was lag or something or that I was bugged, but when I logged back in everything was gone. This never happened to me before the patch. I understand that if I hit the assemble button then YES everything would be lost if you closed the window from there, but it was in an arear where it shouldn't have mattered.

This happened to me last night as well on a heavy min harvester. I have been told that they may reappear after the servers reset or you login with enough inventory to accomidate the items gone. I can't verify this yet since I have not logged in today. I gave up last night after losing 15 walls and a bunch of other components post patch! Couple more nights like that and I truely will be out of business.

Old bug that's appeared and been fixed many times it seems. Just get in the habit of unloading your schematic before cancelling.
