1) how can i get a desk the one in the med center i saw it in some houses a few times but an architect told me its not player made?

2) how can i cheng the sing style so it will be a thing thats on the ground not on my house

Alwys a wookiee at heart

The desk is a combonation of player made items group together to look like a desk. Its really not a desk but a couple boxs and a table cramed togehter.

The sign is a merchant skill from the manegment line. I think you need manegment II in order to change the sign.
