first off i know nothing about the building of houses. that being said. ok i am looking into buying a house and i have heard most of the artisan post in the last week or so but i have a few questions about houses. i an think about buying a large house my question are:
1) if i get the resorse myself will the builder cut the price a little?
2) what effect does resorces quilty have on the house?
3) what resorces quilty should i look for?
4) how much of all types of reasorses do i need?
5) a read somewere that avg cost is 1200 a day. what does avg cost mean? how much will it very? and what effects cost?
6)if avg cost is 1200, a month will cost me 39000. my wind gen cost more then that to upkeep.... is this right?
7)what would a large cost reg.... and what would it cost if i get all the resorces.... ball park figure is good.

if this post has been ask a dozen times i am sorry, oh and if you need to know i am thinking about a naboo large.... thxs for all your help.

Well, welcome to the wonderful world of home buying.

Prices are dependant on two major factors and ALOT of minor ones. The two major ones are: Server you're on and who you buy from. You'd probably be better off posting your questions in your servers board so that architects that can actually sell to you can answer your questions.

resource quality currently affects nothing.

IIRC the maintenance is 1200 per day, yes that's less than your wind gen. Currently all houses are the same. This could (and probably will) change.

I'm an architect on Bloodfin. When I -can- make large houses I usually charge 150k for them. Your servers prices may vary, possibly by alot. Again, post on the forum for your server and you'll probably get better answers =).
