I just became a novice armorsmith yesterday. I purchased a crafting station from an architect buddy of mine. It's effectiveness rating is +42.49. Is that good? What is the highest you can get?

Anything over 40 is good. I think the highest is possibly in the 45 range.

best we have been able to make in Tempest has been 43.303 reaching the +44.9 mark is only a near perfect cd/oq steel away <prays to the resource database gods>
