Thread: Vanishing resources is making crafting in factories very difficult.

Its happening more and more. Most of the time at server reset the resources show up again, but OMG is it a pain in the rear. Is anyone else running into this, its happening all the time for me.

Never had it happenwith a factory (and I run mine 24/7!) However, I have had items vanish in general - usually they reappear after a relog/brief break and at worst after the daily server reset.To the best of my knowledge I've never lost anything permanently.


Can't think of any suggestions other than moving the factoryitself. Going back a while (months) items vanishing used to be a big issue when you crossed a server "line" - to the point where Iwrote a stock email to soothe worried customers whose purchases vanished when they passed a certain point on the mapor caught an inter-planetary shuttle.


This problem seems to have been pretty much resolved, so perhaps this is still a hangover because of some unique positioning and moving the factory a couple of hundreds yards might do the trick?

It was fixed for a long time, the problem came back right as they introduced player cities. It doesnt just happen to stuff I own, stuff I buy from vendors also goes poof and doesnt come back til the next day.
