Does a vendor count as an item in the house? I assume so, but I'm not quite sure.

I finally got around to testing this.

The answer is that vendor's don't seem to count against the item limit in houses.

I had 129 items in the house, placed another vendor, and still had only 129 items in the house.

Now we know.

I tried it with 150 items and it still let me drop the vendor.
