Sorry. Couldn't come up with a damn thing this week. All I managed to do was rotate a couple of heavy axes for about 15 minutes. No real muse inspired me.
Now if we had a Y and Z axis rotation, that would rock. I coulda done something.

Here is the concept I made for a guillotine. Wanted to expand upon the idea and make it look pretty good instead of...well that, but a lot of stuff happened this last week and didn't have time to work on it later.

Vendetta, I believe.
I was miffed at the vendor nerf, flamed him in a different thread, then later apologized. I believe he's getting even.

I'd assume it more of being a tad pissed at you mocking the idea of this thread in order to furhter you feelings. Everyone knows about the merchant nerf, there are legions of posts about the merchant nerf, why would you bring it to a spot that really doesn't need nor warrant it being mentioned. Might as well go to the rifleman board and complain about how it shall effect strafeshot 2 and it would be just as sensical as posting here and complaining about how it will harm decorating. I was hoping to see some people with neat ideas and designs for this instead of my crappy pre-model that I never got to finish. Noone else has posted any links, sadly, beyond your idea of a bad joke.

I'm not mocking the idea nor the thread of the contest in the slightest. I was the first to respond to the fact that I had been creatively stumped in this topic. No one but yourself has been able to post anything, and while it may not be a direct result of other situations, it at least has some bearing on how I, and other similar to me, feel about what's going on with the game itself. If anyone thinks that I'm mocking Dvnce's efforts, then they have misunderstood my intentions, and I apologise for not being clear on that.
Not everyone is willing to go along with everything that gets shoveled at us. I'm sure I'm not the only Elite Artisan / Merchant (that kept the merchant skill points spent) that feels slighted by things.
My attempt at "a bad joke" was for levity. If you can't laugh at a situation, then frankly, I feel sorry for you.
Mods, Admins, feel free to remove my posts if you want to. I don't care. The posts, jokes, and jibes aren't whats important.
I was one of few that participated in the last item contest, tried to participate in this one, couldn't come up with anything, and then the Merchant News hit. I siezed the opportunity to make a galactic political statement.

Evident'y I'm not special enough to be able to edit my own posts.
I reported my 2nd post (the one with the link) as Abuse to the moderators, requesting that they remove it.
Have a swell day.

Nice design psychoticChipmunk. Just wondering, does the axe drop facing down or is there a command to flip it upside down?

I had two design ideas, but I wasn't able to make either of them, but thought I'd share them anyhow. The first was an electric chair, but admitedly that was stolen from a Halloween Home show, which is why I didn't do it.
I didn't find out about this theme idea until the last day for building so didn't have time, but I thought I would be able to build something to represent execution by lethal injection. I maytry this on my own later just to see how it turns out.

I went back and tried to make that torture thingie in ESB that they interrogated Han on, but without pitch and 6 axis rotation, I just couldn't come up with anything that looked menacing. Pile of broken levers and a cafe table later....
